Proof of Vaccination

To ensure that our campuses are as safe as possible, the UM requires employees and students (including ICM community members who access UM spaces) to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

How self-declaration data is used
The authorized collection of your information will be used by ICM for the purpose of further safeguarding the health and safety of fellow ICM and UM students, faculty, and staff against the spread of COVID-19. It is requested that individuals upload an image of their Manitoba Digital Immunization Card (or physical card), which other than your name, the QR code contains no personal health information or data. Once your QR code is verified, scanned copies will be deleted from our system. Immunization confirmations will be securely stored and only retained for the current academic year.
