Each document costs $15.00. Document requests can take up to 7 Business Days.

Rush service can take 2-3 Business Days and is available for an additional fee of $10.00.

In-person documents can be picked up during regular office hours.
Before pickup, please call the ICM office to check if your document has been processed.

Document mail delivery to another institution or home address is available for $5.00 additional fee by Canada Post.
