Please Read Carefully as Document Request Form has been changed

Access to Unofficial Documents:
• All ICM students, past and present, can access unofficial transcripts on their Student Portal.
• Current students can also access an unofficial enrolment letter at no charge.

• Verify if you need an official stamped letter or transcript, as online self-serve options may save time and money.
• Check if an emailed copy suffices or if a hard copy is needed.

• When applying to UM, you can use your unofficial transcript on the Student Portal.
• For current students applying to UM for the following term(s), we will automatically send your transcripts at the end of the term once final grades are released.


Processing Time
Document requests are processed twice a week:
• Forms received by Tuesday 3 PM are processed on Wednesday.
• Forms received by Thursday 3 PM are processed on Friday.
24-hour Rush Service is available for an additional $10.

Reminder! Courier services (via FedEx) are available for an extra charge.
Email reception@icmanitoba.ca with the subject “COURIER ESTIMATE” for a cost estimate before submitting the form with the Recipient's address and phone number.
