These last few weeks have certainly been stressful in light of the recent changes announced by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) on November 15, 2024. We anticipate IRCC will soon be announcing exemptions that may positively impact students who are seeking to transfer DLIs in the Winter 2025 semester. While we await these potential changes, we continue to work with the UM to identify new courses to introduce at ICM in the upcoming Winter term, in the event no exemptions are announced. To help us have the most current information possible as we explore each possible scenario, we ask that you complete this survey at your earliest convenience. This will help us identify the demand for the potential new courses in January term, your course enrolment status at the UM, your latest study permit status, and more.
